NEWS FLASH!! The long course classes will be starting next Monday, August 30!! Our fantastic Fall Hafla is scheduled very early this year, November 14, (mark your calendars) so we need to be back in class sooner than we expected to be ready for the show. All basic and Short Course class will start the weeks of Sept. 6 & 13. Keep an eye on your emails and our websites for the schedule.

Thank you to all the dancers, back stage help, photographers, friends and families for helping to make Dances to a Different Drum 2010 a big success. We had a great time dancing for you and what a great audience! We look forward to dancing for you next year and around the area throughout the year! Watch for our shows coming up September 21 & 28!

Join us for an evening of dance and music featuring Janna’s International Dance students, live drumming, and our guest artist Sheherezade of Richmond, Virginia on August 14 at the Williamsburg Regional Library Theater. The doors open at 7:30pm and the show begins at 8pm. Tickets are $10 each.

From the EAST: Turn Left at the end of the Ramp. Turn Right at the 2nd stop light onto Rt. 132. Turn Right at the 2nd stop light at Lafayette (just over the railroad tracks) At the next stop light, Boundry Street, turn Left. The Library Theater is the 2nd building on the Right behind the fountain.

From the WEST: Veer Right at stop light at the end of the ramp. Turn Right at the next light, Rt. 132. Follow East bound directions to the Library Theater.

Below are the times for each of the groups to rehearse at the Williamsburg Regional Library Theater, 515 Scotland Street. Please be on time and remember to give yourself extra time to drive. We won’t have time to go back and rehearse any numbers once your time has passed. Bring all costume pieces but don’t worry about makeup unless you need to dance test it. If you have any questions, give me a call. No photography at the dress rehearsal, dancers only please.
