  "I always wanted to learn to Belly Dance!" So you want to get back in touch with how your body moves? Don't want to face the kill or be killed mentality of gyms with everyone watching you? Give BELLY DANCE a try! Your age, your size, your job, having no dance experience or danced professionally, Belly Dance loves your body and will help you reconnect to the glorious movements it is capable of creating. Both of Janna's ongoing classes mean you can start anytime during the 12 week program. Take one day a week or both. Even just one day a week of Belly Dance will bring out a whole new you. No special dance gear needed, just wear something stretchy to class. No street clothes or jeans. We go barefooted or you can wear socks.   INT BELLY DANCE TECHNIQUE
  Time: 6:00 pm
  Your next level for belly dance if your not ready for performance. Clean up your shimmies, undulations and learn how to layer and travel with the basic combinations learned in BDI. Taught at the intermediate level. Must have completed 12 week basic belly dance class or instructor permission to attend. Class Time Slot fees apply. Rising Intermediates can join at anytime upon completion of Beginner Belly Dance.

  LONG COURSE VEIL
  Time: 7:00 pm
  You will learn a fully staged group dance using a Veil, one of Belly Dance's most beautiful props, that will be preformed during the end of Semester Hafla. Must have taken the12 week Belly Dance for Beginners and Short Course Veil or instructor permission to attend.
